  • In the video she suggests 10 days to complete Level 1, 10 days for Level 2, 10 days for level 3 to equal the "30 Days". But if you search the threads through here, many have found success doing it 5-6 times a week with a rest day. Do what works for you and with what you are able to stick with. Some people have taken longer…
  • You had said "It takes time...I'm worth the time". This hit home for me. Congratulations on your success. Keep up the lifestyle!
  • Jaw dropping!! You look amazing, and you nailed it when you said every day we make a choice. That the information is out there, we have no excuses. Well done.
  • I often will alternate between doing wall pushups, squats, lunges, or jumping jacks each time I take a bathroom break. It's better than nothing. I also do a complete workout after work at home to top off the day. Every little bit adds up.
  • Good luck to all who are partaking in the Open. I'm a newbie to Crossfit and I tried 17.1 scaled workouts this week. Loved it! I'm amazed and inspired of the age and fitness levels competing.
  • New roadie here. Started in summer of 2015, just taking the bike out for leisurely rides when I ran into a neighbor one afternoon who was also riding. After a chat we began to ride every other day non-stop for 6 weeks putting on 1050km. I lost 24 pounds in the process (much needed) and gained lean muscle. I never looked…
  • I'm following the POP Pilates calendar and have got fantastic results from it. I've been doing them for over a year now and it has helped me lean out and tone my arms and legs. My core is much stronger as well. However, during this time of year I also do cycling as I love to take my workouts outside. I can't stand doing…
  • Third to fitnessblender as well as Blogilates
  • www.fitnessblender.com has TONS of workout vids for you to follow along with. Have a look :)
  • Fitness Blender is amazing! Yes, I have used their workouts many times and love how clean and simple their videos are. They explain everything, and they too can get out of breath, which tells me they are human too lol. Good for you for doing them. Keep it up!
  • You go girl! Just one more week to go of this month woo hoo! Bring it on Cassie....let's see what ya got for us for June! I really have enjoyed this calendar....I've rocked this month!
  • Blogilates on Youtube. Click on the playlists when your on the site and it gives you the workout videos for the day. I've been doing them since February and lost 18 pounds and too many inches to count. Love it! Just body weight exercises and lots of toning and core moves. Cassie Ho, she's awesome!

  • Relaxing Friday woo hoo! But still gonna do something from her previous calendars....1 workout just because I notice a difference when I don't lol. But yes, toning it down for a little bit of a "rest day".
  • Day 11 will be done tonight. I agree with your earlier post about dance cardio. I select another day's workout for that because I am just not coordinated enough to follow the moves. But all in all, I'm loving the selections!
  • Fitnessblender.com and try Blogilates on Youtube. Look under the "playlists" on blogilates and the workouts for the day are all pre-selected and good to go!
  • Anything Jillian Michaels is great. Also, if you have a computer you can set up try www.fitnessblender.com and give Blogilates a try on Youtube. BeFit in 30 is great and so is anything on the BeFit Channel on Youtube. But if you're going to try the internet, definitely give fitnessblender a go!
  • awww..stretch and relax day. Nice!
  • If you noticed after a week......wait till the end of the month, oh my! Your gonna love what you see! And yep, it does get easier. Moves I couldn't do before, I can now keep up. Love how it's body weight moves. No equipment other than a mat and sometimes dumbbells. Pop pilates rocks! Keep me posted on your progress.
  • Once we get this month done, you'll see and feel a big difference. I notice it when I take a few days off and it's like starting all over again lol. I'm addicted. She's fun, and the time goes by quick. Looking forward to completing this month, and more, with you!
  • I am! I've been following her calendars religiously since February and lost over 15 pounds and many many inches. My body is firming up and honestly, Cassie's workouts are the only workouts that my body has responded positively to. I just love them! She covers every body part and love how she incorporates cardio as well as…
  • www.fitnessblender.com or go to youtube and look for BLOGILATES and do the playlist from there. Also BEFIT CHANNEL is very good on youtube, with BEFIT EXTREME30, or 90 that incorporates circuit training with cardio and strength training.
  • I should mention that her workouts include the same as what you're doing, pilates strength and cardio.
  • Awesome results! I've been following Cassie Ho (Blogilates) for 2 months now and have lost NUMEROUS inches as well as pounds. Pilates really does lean, strengthen and tone the whole body. Love love love pilates! Keep going, you're doing amazing!
  • Fitnessblender.com and Blogilates on YouTube are great. Also check out BeFit channel on YouTube. I own just about every Jillian Michaels DVD so it's safe to say I love to do workouts at home.
  • I started it today actually. I dug up April 2013 and finished off that month because I liked the variety she had on that calendar...so today I began ROCKtober now that I completed it. Looking forward to this month. It looks really good!
  • I sit at a desk all day as well so I take LOTS of breaks. Drinking lots of water through the day requires lots of bathroom breaks  Sometimes I will do squats or jumping jacks in another area where no one is around, or if I am in the washroom i will do incline pushups using the countertop. Any chance I get away from…
  • Very inspiring and you look amazing! May I ask what exercises you have done? I love the muscle tone in your arms!
  • Yep, absolutely! Its ALL I ever use. I often use the FitnessBlender website, Blogilates, and the BeFit Channel on YouTube. I also own quite a few Jillian Michaels DVD's, Hip Hop Abs, and have done the Insanity Program. Mind you, during the summer I take my workouts outdoors for running, cycling, or any other outdoor…
