That's the beauty of Greek yogurt. Since it's thicker than regular yogurt it stirs in better. Mind you, it still needs a little effort, but it does work!

I have always been adding a tbsp of peanut butter to my vanilla greek yogurt, its absolutely delicious! Didn't think to add the extras though. Now that i've had it with peanut butter, I can't stop lol.

Throw it as far you can. Its just nothing but sugar and not an ounce of nutrition in it. You're better off making a protein shake of your own with milk, almond milk, whatever, and adding some banana or other choice of fruit.
