almond milk is my ****, i drink it daily (plain and with hemp protein) and use it in cereal. if i baked i'd use it for that, too. i will gladly spend $3 on a half gallon (i go through about one a week) at trader joes. their unsweetened vanilla is sooo good. and only 40 calories per cup! down with dairy!!

i use trader joe's chocolate flavored organic hemp protein powder dietary supplement with almond milk for a vegan protein drink. it also helps boost my calorie intake for the day since i sometimes struggle to meet my minimum.
