Black beans are high in protein. Make sure you get low sodium if you buy them in the can. Egg whites are great as long as you aren't going vegan. I love to make lettuce-wrapped Morningstar Spicy Black bean burgers with tomato and guacamole. Yummy!

It is not a big deal. Some of the biggest dbags I have ever known were tall. I prefer a nice smart witty man over tall. Height is not a factor.

Okay...not only are HOT mommies annoying so are the 15 year old girls with perfect bodies who come in the gym with barely there shorts on and tank tops (no bras) and BARELY workout while all the men stare at them in hopes of seeing up their shorts. And they are always in a pack of 3 or 4. Ughh.

Hi. I was last weighed at 222 in November. I put that as my starting weight even though I only started this month. I have vowed to only weigh myself the last day of the month. I have 2 days! I am excited in a good way and anxious at the same time. I hope to be below 200 by April. :)

Core workouts are easy to do at home. Try variations on leg lifts, sit ups, crunches, push ups. Work on getting into the splits, I bet you will work up a sweat doing that. :)
