Are you logging all your food? Because it looks like you need to eat more. Try adding salads, more fruits, yogurt, and egg whites. All good sources of energy.

Well since I have vowed to only weigh myself the last day of the month, all I can go on right now are NSVs. 1. A Kung Fu brother keeps telling me I look like I am losing weight. 2. My work clothes are getting looser on me. 3. My stomach is getting slimmer. 4. I can see more muscle definition in my arms. 5. I feel better.

I like Quaker Apple and Cinnamon. I use water and milk to make it creamy. Sometimes I add honey (allergy benefits)...banana...raisins. You can add eggs whites for protein.
