Drink 15-32 oz before I get out of bed. Drink 15-32 oz before I go to work. Drink 10-20 oz at work. Drink 15-32 oz on the way home from work. Drink 20-32 oz after training/workout. Drink 20-32 oz before bed/with dinner. Yea, I drink a lot of water.

Eat more for breakfast. I try to eat at least 400 calories at breakfast. Turkey, egg whites, double oatmeal, banana, protein shake, sprouted bread, guacamole, honey...just a few of the things I incorporate in my breakfasts. And add protein powder to your yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, or anything else. BC :)

Right now, since I am losing weight, I buy the cheapies that come in 2 packs at Wal-Mart or Target. I always wear two bras at a time when training. It works for me, and I do a lot of jumping jacks and hops.

There are also alternatives to gyms. Maybe Zumba, Yoga or Kickboxing classes. All 3 would be amazing. Good luck.

Hi. Did your doctor recommend you to a nutritionist? I think that someone with the appropriate education and experience may be able to help you. Have you done your own research as well? There must be others out there with the same issue. I am hoping the best for you. Brittany :)

Basics are great at home. Squats Lunges Sit ups Crunches Leg lifts Scissor kicks Push ups Dips Jumping jacks Toe hops I do these every week in martial arts training and kickboxing.

I don't have cute workout clothes or perfect makeup. I change after work and go. I do care about being presentable but usually I am a mess by the time I am done. Those women are concerned about the external. I am concerned about my heart, bones, muscles, tendons, organs and quality of life.

I agree with Rubybelle. Not gettting enough calories after a long time will most likely have negative effects on your health and weight. Food is the fuel for our bodies. We need it to operate. You have to get used to the foods you don't like. I try to add a new food to my diet every month. March is Sweet Potatoes.

I go for Cottage Cheese, Bread and Butter Pickles, PB&J, Tortilla Chips, Honey, Beef. I did pretty good this last time around. I was very proud. I ate lots of fruit.
