About 4 hrs of steady. Mucking. Parelli horsemanship training with the horse, weeding, up to old farm above field to collect woodchips, spread it and feeding, cleaning the horses. An absolutely brilliant day!!!!

Amazing reading. My wee two cents/sense. And that is it really. In my humble opinion treat yourself to a spa day. Or anything else that ignites to push you to do more excercise. I like working out in the pool. Lovely to feel fresh. Namaste.

I had this years ago. A like the baseball idea above. I used a large superball. I think too it is shortening in the arch. Don't over stretch achelilles tendon creates new problems. Good luck.

Hi a wee thug a pal put together. Fry shrimp and shallots and crushed chillies I olive oil. Then add dry cous cous. Pour in freshly boiled water from the kettle to cover everything. Cop or stand for 5 minutes. Voila!!!! Then eat with a salad on the side. I hungry now. Hope you like it. :)

Hi. I sprout lots. Lentils and mung beans. Also. Quinoa a grain that is a protein and cooks like cous-cous. Dead easy and makes loads. I personally worry about tuna. It is often causing death to dolphins. Hope you are buying line caught or dolphin friendly. Just a wee thought

Keep going. It took along time for to lose 2 cms. It's different for everyone. Depends I think on how messed up one's metabolism keep on. If only just to be responsible for your actions. It's alchemy. Just to get the right balance of excercise and eating habits. Good luck.
