  • Hey are those workouts you mentioned ok for someone with horrible back problems? I have arthritis in my spine im only 28 and its depressing because I have to find something that wont cripple the next day!!

  • Hello! I am new to this and I am trying SOOOO hard to lose weight ( my horse will thank me!!) I work at a vet clinic and one of the Drs and I are trying to lose and we try and help each other out but I need more support!!:tongue:
