Hello! I joined a little bit ago but took a break from teh weight loss thing. Couldnt' afford to but I got lazy! I am back now though! I have been going to the gym! Really trying to work hard now. I have started taking classes including ZUMBA, ABS Plus and Hip Hop Broadway. I LOVE THEM ALL! The abs one is really a killer! It's the one I need the most though! Anyhow I lost 5 pounds last week and with the fun and the results I am so motivated to keep it up!
Anyhow anyone looking for a competitive friend and wants to push me and compete please add me as a friend! The more motivation and competition the better for me to do!

Hey are those workouts you mentioned ok for someone with horrible back problems? I have arthritis in my spine im only 28 and its depressing because I have to find something that wont cripple the next day!!0
