First off congratulations! That is a great loss. Remember to get enough sleep, drink plenty of fluids, protein after a workout to feed the muscle and do your measurements when the scale does not go down. You are still losing, let it be pounds or inches and it is all a process. Keep up the good work!

I have over 100 pounds to lose too. Add me and we will do this together. Your story sounds a lot like mine. I started in February and have already lost 22 pounds. It can be done. Let's prove the people that said we couldn't do it wrong. You have made the first steps. That is the important part. Every day you try will get…

Keep in mind any continuous movement is exercise. I turn house work into a work out by setting a timer and doing what needs to be done. I try to push my self to go a bit faster or go for a longer duration. This can be a challenge as I too have bad joints and multiple health problems. Make sure you eat back your exercise…

I have a very hard time exercising so I have taken to the thinking any constant movement is exercise. I can usually exercise for about 20 minutes. Sometimes up to an hour if it is something easy. I set a stopwatch and walk, do Wii fit plus, play basketball( mainly passes and shots), do housework or occasionally go to the…

I have a Baby Phat denim skirt that I keep hung on my closet door for motivation. It is a size 14. Not my ideal size. It is more the halfway point, but can not wait to wear it.

Great job! You look wonderful.

I'm in!

You look amazing! From the look of you I would of thought you had already met your goal. Hope I look half as good as you do when I get that much weight off of me!

Everybody has given really great advise. The Two things I haven't seen is increase your water and don't be afraid to move. When I am super sore I make sure I drink a cup of water for about every hour I am up to rehydrate slowly and do some stretches throughout the day or and or go for a leisurely walk. It may not burn a…

I looked it up. You need 300-500 more calories were you are nursing. Looks like you need to eat more so you are not in starvation mode. Eat more and you will lose the weight.

You need to count in exercise from taking care of your baby, and add extra calories for it. This will give you an idea of calories used. Push stroller with child 35 cal./ 10 minutes Carrying an Infant 50 cal. / 10 minutes

My daughter is nursing and having the same issues. Up your liquids and your calories. Keep in mind that you are probably using more calories than you think just from the carrying the baby and such. By all means don't stress and enjoy this time. The weight will com off. Are you checking your measurements? I bet you will…

Call your vet asap! Not sure how laxative works on dogs, but chocolate is horrible for them. It works as a hallucigen on them I have heard.

Relax. It could be many things. Water weight, not weighing at the same time of day(you can fluctuate 2-3 pounds in a day), not drinking enough water, too much sodium, or not eating enough. You have a busy job and are not logging dog walks and such. You need to eat your required calories and your exercise calories to keep…

I have only been on this site for a month, but have already learned 2 things. No matter how much you want to lose weight eat your required calories AND your exercise calories and make sure you drink lots of water. I stopped losing after the 1st week. After I got smart about the calories and upped my water (I now drink 16…

Sometimes I add citrus or cucumber to my water.I am also a big fan of herbal and decaf teas. If I drink tea I follow it with water. I only use 2C. glasses and cups so every time I sit down with liquids to drink it is 4cups worth at a shot. FYI - I asked a nutritionist and my doctor a few years back about counting coffee…

Thanks for the liniment info. I will be checking into it.

You know, I think you are right about Diet Coke. I used to always go around with a friend that always drank Diet Pepsi. I started drinking it or Diet Coke. Now that I am thinking back, I was in a lot more pain then and we couldn't figure out what was triggering it. I bet it was the soda!

I used to have very bad IBS and acid reflux. I now take 1 or 2 tablets of Ranitidine a day when they flairs up. At first I had to take it every day. Once I got it under control I was able to take it as needed. Hope this helps. It is very inexpensive and can be gotten over the counter. If you have insurance that will cover…

What is that liniment called and where would I get some? I need to do something. The pain is horrible and as I lose weight the more I want to do. I know to pace myself, but I have that ripping sensation without even getting up.

What I hate about the fibro fog the most is repeatedly telling someone the same thing over and over again cause I have no recollection of saying it before. Some days I think my kids think I am going senile.

I did the sleep test a few years back. Come to find out I have sleep apnea and was only in rem sleep about a tenth of the time the average person is. Not good when you have fibro. You do most of your healing and restorative sleep when you are in rem sleep.
