No energy day exercises
I am in the middle of a very bad flair. I have no energy. I want to exercise, but even breathing seems to take it's toll on me. I get edgy and irritable if I don't work out. What do you do on your bad days for exercise???

A neighbor gave me a Ab Glider 2. I am having fun using it, but have not been logging my time. I want to, but have no idea what to log it as. Does anybody else use one of these??? Have a clue how to log it??? Please help.

Potassium rich foods
I have heard it is hard to lose weight if you don't have enough potassium in your diet. I looked at my logs and I hardly have any. Can anybody tell me what foods are high in potassium? The only one I know is bananas.

Exercise and Leg Pain
Since I started exercising regularly(last couple weeks) I have been having deep pain in my legs that burns and feels like the flesh is ripping off the bone. Does anybody else experience this? Any suggestions on what might help?

I need exercise ideas.
I slipped outside today on a walk. Twisted my knee and pulled my groin muscles. I have been using this site for about a week and a half now and love it. Already lost 6 pounds and don't want to gain them back. Can anybody think of any kind of exercise I can do for a while that won't be too painful or do more damage???

What do you eat when you don't feel well?
Came down sick last night and am trying to think of what I could eat to use my calories up that will sit okay in a raw stomach. Any ideas.

My daughter is having problems getting enough calories. She is considering meal replacement/ protein drinks. What are your thoughts? Any suggestions?
