No energy day exercises

I am in the middle of a very bad flair. I have no energy. I want to exercise, but even breathing seems to take it's toll on me. I get edgy and irritable if I don't work out. What do you do on your bad days for exercise???

Hi Karen! I too have fibromyalgia. If you want something that simply gives you a good stretch AND work out, yet is easy and can be meditated through--do some Tai Chi. I absolutely love it. It might hurt doing a few of the stretches, but I feel better afterward. Good luck =]0

I have heard that Tai Chi is good. Although I know when my Lupus Flares up, I feel worse on the transition movement, but I haven't tried it myself.0
