Instead of shunning this user from a great community maybe you can put in some of your insight on how to lose any water weight, bloating, etc., in a SAFE way, so she doesn't have to resort to drastic measures :)

I always go for fruit! I used to have the WORST sugar cravings, but the less I eat the less I crave. And I'm sure you know to avoid diet sodas as well, those intensify sugar cravings too!

That sounds like a good idea, just be sure to keep up your activity. Also, if you hit a plateau, you could slightly decrease your caloric intake--just up veggies, protein and complex grains so you can still feel satisfied!
