Jawbone UP links up well with mfp hand is very easy to use/ sync. Last 10 days on a charge, looks cool, comfy, and synced in less then 20secs! I'm so busy I needed something that would not take up more time! My sister is a PHD student at ASU and she recommended this over the fitbit for accuracy.
