I lost 6 lbs from Jan 5th through today. My goal when I started back up on the 5th was to loose somewhere between 10 and 20 lbs. I don't have an end date in mind for it, just to have a steady loss. Weekly weigh in...only lost a pound this week but my measurements went down a decent amount. Lost right around 3/4" each in from my hips, waist and underbust. Down another 1.8lbs this week. Also lost 1/4" off my waist and underbust. Nothing off my hips yet really though. That's where I need it most. If I continue at this rate I will have lost around 8lbs in january. If I had started on the 1st instead of 5th I would've had a better chance at meeting the goal. Not giving up…

Did my weekly weigh in this morning. Started back up with my logging on monday the 5th with a weight of 163. This mornings weight was 161.2 and I lost 1/4" in my waist and 1" in my underbust. Went out for pizza and drinks saturday night so that wasn't helpful in my efforts lol.

I'm trying to get back on track and loose the almost 20lbs that I've gained back so I'm definitely in! I started logging again yesterday. Need to stay on track because I want to loose between 10 to 15 lbs by February 21st when my hubby is taking me to see Garth Brooks!

I'm 5' 5.5" and my starting weight was 220 lbs, middle pic taken feb 25th I was at 181.4 and the last pic was taken april 15th at 173.2 lbs.

No it's the same stuff...just fits differently now lol. Underwear aren't stretched to the max now lol...and bra is very loose around and doesn't fit very well. But it didn't fit good to start with lol...should have picked a better fitting one for that first pic to begin with!

Here are my results pics...I did 24 days straight and stopped there because I was having issues with all the jumping in level 3 and I was happy with how far I'd come with it. I want to find another workout to start on now or start the shred over again.

Great work! I weigh and measure tomorrow and am curious of my progress. I just started level 3 today and I hate it LOL. As of last Monday I had lost 3.6lbs in a week (less than a lb lost since I started the shred though because I gained in the beginning) and I've only lost 2.25" so far. Hoping to see more progress…
