Just finished day 2, level 2. I'm not enjoying this one like I did level 1 lol. I'm trying my best to do the moves without giving up toward the end and resting but it's really hard. The plank stuff is difficult for me and I hate those twist jump things lol. But I'm doing my best and at least trying to stay moving even if I…

I just got done with day 1 of level 2. It's pretty hard but nice to be moving on to something new. The plank work is killer for me and some of the other moves are difficult for me too but I'm doing my best to do them. Trying to stay positive and hoping that moving on to the new level will produce new results!

Crossing my fingers for you that your body decides to give in and give up those extra pounds!!! I know just how you're feeling and it's not fun. I'm really hoping it's all worth it in the end!

I just finished level 1, day 10. I didn't want to do it and I yelled at her the entire time lol. It was really tough today for some reason. I've seen only negative results so far with this. Still no inches lost and today my stomach looks HUGE!!! It's so frustrating. I really hope I have the motivation to start level 2…

Thanks so much for all the replies!!! I completed day 7 today:smile: I'm determined to stick with this! This week is going to be the real test because I'm working all week (I'm a stay at home mom and only work occasionally during holidays)...my plan is to do my workout in the morning before I leave so I can't wimp out in…

I'm doing my best to avoid the scale! I should just hide it for a few weeks lol.

Pics have been taken! So glad to hear this from several of you and it makes sense...I just had never heard that before.

Really?? I never knew that! They were really sore the beginning of the week. I was finally feeling better by around thursday afternoon or so. My legs were so sore that it was difficult to go up and down the stairs and to sit and stand lol. Maybe that was part of it. I think I've gotten past the soreness for this level at…

I've taken pics all through my weight loss (including before pics for the 30 day shred). I can see the change from my starting weight and that's very encouraging. Crossing my fingers that I will see some noticeable results in the month to come:smile:

Actually yes I was just at the end of that time of the month lol. My weight does fluctuate at that time of the month but I usually just have less of a loss and normally no gain. And I do always weigh myself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom so it's always consistent. I'm going to give it some time and…

I like hearing that! Lol. Maybe part of it is timing for me too. As long as I'm loosing inches I guess it doesn't really matter what the scale says...but it's hard to get away from that thinking.

But the shred is only 30 days! Ha ha ha! I had a feeling this would happen to me...just my luck lol. I really don't want to gain any cause if I do I'll get majorly discouraged. My main motivation since I started mfp is the fact that every week (with the exception a only a few) I've lost weight. The only good thing is that…

Sorry, accidentally replied to this with my hubby's account lol. It really is crazy how people of all different weights can range in size so much! I guess it shouldn't matter what size the tag says as long as you look the way you want to and feel great about it

I've had 3 c-sections, the last of which was a vertical incision so I have a huge (crooked) scar that starts just below my belly button. It looks awful! I call it my second butt cause the scar pulls in and then my stomach puffs out on either side of it lol...so attractive! I'm so jealous of the ladies that posted pics that…

I found these workouts that are supposed to help tone your arms and legs in 7 days. Lifting light weights and doing lunges, plies and such. Just trying to find a way to start toning as I loose. But I'd like to be able to track it in some way. I really wish I had a hrm so I had a more accurate number of calories burned. But…

Huge difference! Great job!! Your starting weight was basically the same as mine...how tall are you? I'll be so excited if I can look like you do in less than a year!
-
You are STUNNING!!! Amazing job! I would love to look like you do and I weight 7 lbs less than you lol...but I'm also 3 inches shorter lol. I'm adding you as a friend...I want to follow your progress!
