Yes Maam Trigger foods are horrible.....I try to generally eat it when I know that there isnt anymore so its not going back lol

I have the very bad habit of stepping on the scale every time I see it smh.....Yesterday I had to tell my roommate to take the scale and hide it and no matter how much I ask about it she is not allowed to give it to me until Thursday Evening/Friday Mornings.:frown:

I feel the same exact way when I go into the Gm to do weight training......if its just cardio I am fine....but messing with the weights I get discouraged and just end up doing cardio.

I dont know the exact starting weight I want to say roughly 240 I'm at 207 now but I've decided to try and really go hard at it this time around......Needed this for motivation....YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!! [/url]
