I just had my 3rd c-section last week, I'm also breastfeeding. Getting back into exercise will take some time.. just take it slow and walk as much as you can. Breastfeeding makes you soo hungry! I feel more hungry than I did when pregnant.. just eat when you are hungry and eat healthy and the weight should come off in no…

I'm in the same boat as you, a year after my 1st c-section I felt great then I had my daughter 8 months ago and I cannot seem to get this extra weight off (to be honest I havent tried THAT hard) but with a toddler and baby and being constantly hungry from breastfeeding its hard!

When I was pregnant I just tried to make everything I was craving myself. I always wanted fast food, homemade is always going to be healthier! Try and make sure you are drinking lots of water to prevent extra bloating. I understand its super hard! My baby is 8 months old right now and I swear I have more cravings…

If you figure it out please tell! lol Ive had 2 c-sections. After my first I never really lost the weight, the 2nd was only 6 months ago and I've lost a good bit of weight but my stomach still looks huge to me! Not to mention the gross loose skin!

I'm breastfeeding my second baby (6months) and when I was with my first I would eat back the 500 calories and caused me to gain weight. I dont worry about even logging the burned calories this time and I've been losing and no issues with milk supply.

does everything feel cold? if it still feels cold I would say its probably fine.

I've been trying to give it up completely as well! I didnt drink that much to beginning with but I'm doing my best to cut back on it. Have you tried to replace it with things like sparkling water ? I find the carbonation is what I really miss.

I have a 3 year old and a 5month old! need to lose that baby weight also!

Really?

I just did a daily burn core workout, basically yoga and pilates, told me I burned 377. Enter that time on here, says it would be a 70 calorie burn. I dont have a HRM but I feel more like 70. I think daily burn is way off.

popcorn is my weakness!!

I'm the opposite, I'll splurge and eat crap food myself but my 2 year old son eats very healthy.

yes, there could be health issues that cause her to be obese, like her thyroid.
-
I've already decide that I'll be somewhat careful of what I eat but I'm not gonna bother logging holiday meals. take a break! its the holidays!

while pregnant I would focus less on calories and more on your nutrients. Eat often! Even if you dont think you're hungry have a small snack. When I was pregnant I swear I always had a carrot stick or some kind of fruit in my hand!

drowning your brain? totally legit.

after reading through all these I need to make a trip to starbucks! all these drinks sound so yummy!
-
I'm the opposite! I love good drinks! I'll save calories or work out extra just for a yummy coffee or tea! lol
-
I dont think theres enough calories in toothpaste to really make that big of a difference.

I'm back to the same weight I was before I got pregnant HOWEVER I carry the weight differently now. I don't believe the scale because I do look differently then I did before getting pregnant, my hips are also wider than they were before baby so it makes me feel a lot bigger. BTW. I did have a c-section... I know that makes…

When I was nursing I always just logged it as burning 500calories a day.. Idk if thats accurate but it worked for me. While breastfeeding your going to be more hungry then normal .. some say they crave more foods than when they were pregnant! I would just make sure your eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and exercise…
-
I'm working on the same and my baby is 18 months too! Running is really helping me in that area.
