So ive been trying so hard to work out and count my calories and all that.. and on days that I make an effort I notice I feel better but I havent had a lot of weight loss yet.. my bf however decided to go the route of shakes and supplements and while he was chatting with the guys at the store they told him it was stupid…

I'm on a cereal kick right now.. every morning. and I usually stick with cheerios or special k but I need something different. What are some tasty low cal and healthy cereals ? or just healthier

I love using coupons and usually print them online.. but where are all the good ones for healthy stuff? If I wanted processed unhealthy food and junk snacks I could save a ton..but I want the good stuff! any websites you guys know of?

Ive just started working out for the first time in my life and I'm currently working on the 30ds with some walking/pushup/situps basic kinda stuff.. but I want to run! The last time I even went for a run was probably 6 years ago in high school gym class :/ any tips on how to get started without straining myself too much…

sooo sore!
Ive never really worked out before unless you count some yoga occasionally and I started the 30 day shred yesterday.. woke up this morning sooo sore! my legs hurt so bad to bend!! So I'm wondering should I skip day 2 and take a recovery day or should I attempt to get through it and hope I dont feel worse tomorrow??

c section
I was so pumped to lose weight after having my baby but over the weekend I had an unplanned c-section and now with the recovery time and not being able to even lift anything heavier then the baby for a while idk how ima lose this weight. anyone else have this problem or similar? it totally sucks.. i wanna look good again…

so i normally will stay up late at night or all night with the baby and take naps off and on during the day..or if i can at night.... sometimes ill have snacks at night.. say 2, 3 in the morning... which day should i log that because to me it still seems as if its wed but in reality its technically thur since its after…

when do you weigh yourself ..first thing in the morning .. at night?? and how often? Ive been trying to do it in the morning before I eat anything but sometimes its hard to be consistent and ill weigh myself in the middle of the day.
