Continue to eat a calorie deficit
Lift weights
Add a few ab sculping exercises
Mix up your cardio routine (cross fit, circuits, intervals, etc)
Add protein to your diet
Lower the carbs and sodium (not low-carb, just lower carb. Carbs and sodium will make you bloat)
you didn't gain over night and you will not lose/sculpt overnight - paitence is key!0 -
Good luck with your goal. My tummy is also my problem area after having a baby!! So I'm right there with you. I found a free Jackie Warner Abs workout on youtube that's 20 minutes long that seems like it should be a good one. I've only done it for a week so can't tell you how it's worked but you could try it!0

Sadly you cant spot reduce but if you lift weights you can build muscle that will help you lose the fat0

continue what youre doing.
what about planks? there are so many styles - those are great for the abs.
also do C crunches and google or look on YouTube for more crunch styles....
I do them several times a week.
also the Shaun T Hip Hop Abs: total body work out is great for abs....0 -
