coupons?

I love using coupons and usually print them online.. but where are all the good ones for healthy stuff? If I wanted processed unhealthy food and junk snacks I could save a ton..but I want the good stuff! any websites you guys know of?

Sprouts and wholefoods have their own coupons online for store coupons you can print and sign up for free stuff to your email.

Mambosprouts.com has more of the organic healthier mfc's (like I get my gluten free wheat free arrowhead pancake mix there....add protein shake its yummy)

Occasionally, you probably already know this..., there are mfc's on coupons.com for healthier products like blue diamond nuts.

Chobani's website has some good ones right now if you aren't turned off by the sugar. I find many of the healthier products do their coupons ON their websites as opposed to on smartsource.com or coupons.com etc.

You can trade coupons for the no purchase required wine tags for fruit/veggies that some states seem to get.

I would say over this 2 year transition my couponing has gone from extreme to occasional with more of a focus on donations, paper goods, and beauty products. I don't use them nearly like I used to.

Also on target.com you can usually stack their store coupons with mfc's, or use their store brand for their more natural brand of at least steam able veggies etc. (If you're on a budget...I prefer fresh). Also with Target get their 5% debit card, links to YOUR checking account and you save 5% daily. This adds up over a year, for me to several hundred bucks :)

Good suggestions above and I would add that the blogs "Healthy Life Deals" and "Organic Deals" are a great way to get started. They find the deals for you. There are healthy deals out there for sure, just not as many as for junk food.
