It does nothing for weight loss.
To be fair, it does nothing but supplement omega 3 fats. If you get enough omega 3 fats in your diet, don't waste your money on it. Fish is much tastier than fish oil.0 -
At first I took it because I knew I wasn't getting enough omegas...or so "they" told me. I quit once and my body felt it. I felt achy and didn't recover from runs like I had. Now I take it and have upped my fat macro. I haven't heard that the supplement helps with weight loss but it is/was part of the "diet" part of my healthy diet and exercise plan.
tigersword is right...fish is much tastier that the pill0 -
Yeah, Omega-3's are important for overall health. Weight loss, not so much.0
