  • Wow, you really look great! I'm am similar in height but started out around 234. I'm happy with my loss but I sill have a ways to go to get into a size six, honestly I will be happy with an eight or ten. Good for you, you look amazing and thanks for sharing. It helps keep me motivated to know it is attainable.
  • You can add me too, if you'd like. I also have a Fitbit that I started using about two weeks ago. I love it! I started running back in April with the Coach to 5K program. I've never really considered myself a runner, but it is really helping me lose the weight. She's right, your baby is adorable.

  • I eat WW Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar, they are only 100 calories and delish.
  • I just completed week 5 day 2. I hadn't looked ahead and was really surprised when day 2 wasn't the same as day 1, like all the other weeks. I survived it but did look ahead at day 3. I am a little concerned I won't be able to do the 20 min.
