I find that if i eat more than the recomended amount of protein it keeps me from getting hungry. This also keeps my carbs & fats down. I eat alot of chicken, chobani fat free greek yogurt, & egg whites.

I eat Chobani Greek Yogurt which is alot of protein. One container is about 14 grams of protein and about 140 calories.

I eat Chobani Greek Yogurt. It's only 140 calories & has 14 grams of protein! I'm not usually a yogurt fan but it's pretty good!! I buy a bunch and leave them in the fridge at work. I love Chobani greek yogurt. It's the only one i've found that says "only natural ingredients" on it. They also have really good flavors. i've tried them all and they are all yummy!!
