  • I like to mix it up at the gym by doing different classes. I'm not sure if your gym offers classes but if they do I would suggest trying one. The time goes by so fast, it's a great workout (I burn over 600 calories in 1 hr of zumba) and it's alot more fun that just going to the gym for me.

  • I've been doing MFP for about a month now. I was so discouraged the last few weeks because I haven't lost much weight. I recently measured myself and I lost 7.5 inches in a month! So, I would definitly recommend measuring yourself monthly or every few weeks.

  • Thanks! This seems like alot of food for me. I'll see how the day goes eating this much and adjust depending on how i'm feeling. MFP put me at 1200 calories so I was trying to stay close to that. Today is my non-workout day so I didn't want to go over too much on my calories.

  • I would also suggest the 30 day shred. i'm doing it now. The first 3 or 4 days were killer for me. It's finally getting easier but i'm soon to be switching to level 2 so i'm sure i'll be sore again next week! I haven't lost alot of weight but i can tell i'm losing alot of inches... Good luck!
