Road trips are especially hard...Although the ones where we take the RV is a lot easier cause I just pack our food. However it is the others that can be hard to navigate.

I got my family involved with our food, choices, shopping, preparing and cooking every Saturday. We all go together, stop at a natural, organic food bar and have a meal along the way. Sounds like you really need petite clothing. Menopause is really quite a struggle as our bodies hold on to fat for dear life because this is where estrogen is stored in us older gals bodies after not producing any more. All the best to you!

Do movement that you love to do...Most of the time, so you will actually do it and later add some weights/cardio that is more challenging and wouldn't normally do to the fun stuff.

I have severe arthritis in my right ankle from a motorcycle injury years ago and besides everyone's advice on keeping moving...When things get too painful (usually in the colder months) I go see my acupuncturist to keep the chi flowing. Works really, really well for me.

Because of a motorcycle injury to my right ankle years ago I have a terrible problem running for any length of time so I walk every day. I drink Yerba Mate Tea...It has some caffeine but half of coffee, good for your heart as well.
