  • I did that same thing when I consumed a chocolate malt from Oberweis (someone bought a round of them at work). I went home and researched the calories. Turned out the shake was 1200 calories which was also my daily limit!

  • My bf and I eat the vanilla ones. They are rather large and rather delicious.
  • I work early and drive a long commute, so I'll drink a slimfast shake omw. Eggs are great too bcuz not only are they quick to cook, but the high levels of protein make you feel satified long enough to wait for lunch.

  • Keeping track for me is the hardest part. It's all fun and easy when our meals already have their nutritional facts spelled out, but I lose track once I go out and eat whether it be at a restaurant or a home cooked meal at a friend's house.

  • I think as long as you're eating something healthy with your calories and you don't feel hungry, go ahead and leave some on the table. Don't go out of your way to try and hit your total calorie count if you're not hungry or don't have the time to.
