Also give your body at least 4 weeks to show any weight loss. It seems to take a bit for your body to figure out what is going on and to kick in to high gear. Hang in there. :smile:

I love LC! I bake a sweet potatoe slit it in half and add the garlic cheese or ranch flavored LC to middle and it is better than any baked potatoe I have ever had!!!! thank you!!! I was starting to get greedy when it would say...If everyday where like today you will weigh xxx in 5 wks when all I took in was 800 cals! ha! I will not try to beat the number by not eating as I know that only kicks you in the rear later. Thanks again. I will keep you posted!

i think so. I used to know a girl who ate candy all day and was super skinny but seriously unhealthy. Also keep in mind the bad stuff doesnt keep hunger at bay like the high fiber, high protein opts so eventually he will crave more of bad to feed the hunger and gain weight. so I am brand new as of 3 days ago and would love to join. I am wondering I was told 1200 cal per day but when I log in my exercise it will suddenly say you have 700 more calories to eat. Trust me I love to eat so I find ways to eat and drink those extra cals but should I not be doing that????
