Very!!! I'm 5'4 1/2" and fluctuate between 143 and 146. I am muscular and toned, but still curvy. For the first time in my life I am happy with my body :)

Bootcamp is the greatest thing ever!! I dropped over 50 lbs doing bootcamp 3-4x a week and eating healthy. Now, my own workouts look (and feel) like bootcamp.

Numbers don't lie!!! Tis why I love MFP so much. I had the same habit of 'treating' myself, then realized how quickly a 'little handful' of something adds up!! The good news is you've already discovered the problem. Once you know what the problem is you can take the steps to fix it :) YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

My question is what led up to that level of hostility? There is definitely more to the story here... My skin is actually better since I've lost the weight, but I attribute that to giving up sodas and drinking more water.
