Any kind of nut butter with apples or a banana, Starkist flavored tuna pouches (the spicy Thai is my fav), turkey pepperoni & string cheese, strawberries with reddiwhip or splenda, lunch meat with jalapeno cream cheese rolled up, air-popped chiccarones, to name a few :)

I keep it simple and just log 100g dry/day. You could divide it up and re-weigh it cooked to be 100% accurate if you wanted to, but to me it just isn't a big deal if I eat 107g one day and 93 the next or vice versa. ^^ All of this. I eat the majority of my calories at night, because that is when I am the hungriest. I successfully lost 78 lbs doing that and have kept it off for 9 months and counting. You can do this; you just have to plan for it and tailor your food timing around your lifestyle to make it work. Good Luck :)

These are the best suggestions to handle it. All three of them. So many people are intimidated by the gym environment and a bad experience just makes it that much tougher to stick with your goals. Stand up for yourself and make them feel like the @$$holes they are.

I'd have the burger or pizza to get over the craving, then move on to the next day. Instead of eating half the pizza, I'd have a slice and a salad. I'd use the same concept with the burger. One meal isn't going to derail your weight loss :)

I started out at 220 lbs and am now 142. I do have a little bit of loose skin, but not much. I cannot recommend Stronglifts 5 x 5 highly enough. Lifting weights helps maintain lean body mass (LBM). Like you, I hate mornings and always have. I choose to rise early and exercise because the gym is much less crowded in the mornings, my work out is done for the day so I can't get busy with life and make excuses to skip it, and I have more energy overall if I work out in the AM. That sounds like it isn't an option for you…

I'd get the spicy grilled salmon or mahi mahi. I'd 86 the rice, hushpuppies, slaw, beans, and tarter sauce, then I'd add a side Caesar salad & side veggies.
