I did it! I hit my goal. I'm now, officially, at a healthy weight.

I start out late last April at 232.3 pounds. This morning I weighed in at 149.6. Though weight is only one part of my journey, I'm going to celebrate the *kitten* out of it.

Now all my energy and effort are going to strength training and yoga - two things I love.

I lost my weight by being reasonable. I followed IIFYM/Flexible dieting. It's worked for me. I made small, sustainable changes in the way that I eat and I'm confident I can continue to eat this way for the foreseeable future.

I'm really proud of myself and what I've accomplished. Plus I've got a great butt now.

Oh and my reward to myself, which I got a little prematurely :) :

It's a Harry Potter related tattoo. My oldest daughter drew the glasses, my youngest drew the lightning bolt.
