    I've worked with dumbbells since day 1. I started Stronglifts 5x5 in January - I wish I had started earlier!

    The best part, for me, of reaching my goal isn't the number on the scale. It's that I set a really difficult goal for myself - and I did it. I kept going and pushed and cried and tried until I did what I set out to do. I feel so powerful now.
