1 year MFP - 50 lbs lost! (pics)

Today marks one year from when I got "serious" about my weight loss. I have been on and off MFP for a few years, but one year ago today I committed to losing weight and have stuck with it!
I have lost 50 lbs from my highest weight, 47 of those using MFP for the past year.
Obligatory stats:
Female, 29
5'3"
Highest weight: 213 lbs
Starting MFP (5/19/14): 209 lbs
Today (5/19/15): 162.4 lbs
Losing weight is just part of the story. In the past year I've accomplished so much!
- Ran my first 5k race (and a few others)
- Learned how to surf
- Climbed a few mountains
- I can actually do real pushups!!
- Improved in all areas of my fitness
- Reduced the frequency of migraines
- Huge improvement in my self confidence and self image
Here's what I did:
- calorie deficit (I aimed for 1lb a week, currently eat 1700 calories a day)
- paid attention to nutrition (I worry mostly about protein and fiber, the rest takes care of itself)
- run 3x a week, swim 2x a week, bike 2x a week (some days double up to give me rest days)
- yoga and strength training 3x a week
- aim for 10,000 steps a day
- don't beat myself up if I mess up. I move on and take each day as it comes.
I still have a long way to go, but I can't say I'm disappointed in my progress so far. I found a sustainable method for me that I can stick with for the long haul.
