I am so happy for you!!! I can't even pick one favorite accomplishment out of the forty because every single one is amazing!! Keep it up, honey!!!

I'd get the spicy grilled salmon or mahi mahi. I'd 86 the rice, hushpuppies, slaw, beans, and tarter sauce, then I'd add a side Caesar salad & side veggies.

Hummus, eggs, avocados, raw oats, bagels, dried fruit, etc

Outstanding work!! Keep it up :)

You've already given yourself the answer. Eat at a reasonable deficit to lose the weight in a healthy way. You have to look at this as a lifestyle, not a diet. Doing some fad diet to lose the weight quickly is a recipe for failure.

What an amazing story & transformation!! You look very healthy! Looks aside, I especially enjoyed reading about the loss of your pain. You literally saved your own life...

I've used a variety of different pre work-outs. My favorites have been Mesomorph and Nitro NCG. C4 didn't have enough umph for me. Blue Magic had too much umph (as in I took it for an early morning work out and couldn't sleep that night).

You are doing such an awesome job!! Congrats!

I run because I enjoy it. I'm going to repeat what others have said and encourage you to try C25k. I definitely think you are capable. I also enjoy lifting heavy things and I even take the occasional class like Body Bootcamp, Yoga, Crossfit, etc. Find an activity you enjoy and do that - or - if you get bored easily (like…

I really love www.bodybuilding.com and Athlean X for women on YouTube. Good luck! You are going to love what's about to happen to your body :)

I have the exact same measurements! We're twinsies :)

Lunch is often a grilled chicken breast and whatever vegetable I have: stewed squash with Vidalia onion, black eyed peas (I like to add tomato, onion, and jalapeno), any type of greens (I especially like collards and turnips), roasted carrots, 1/2 a baked sweet potato with cinnamon/Stevia and Smart Balance butter spread,…

I had the same problem. I eventually put the scale in the top of the closet and only took it out on Friday mornings :) You are going to fluctuate; try not to beat yourself up too badly over it!

My mother-in-law drinks Zevia. It's zero calories with no artificial sweeteners and comes in over ten flavors. You can purchase it at Wal-Mart and lots of other major grocery retailers. Happy Wife = Happy Life. Good Luck ;)

I'm so happy for you! You are practically glowing :) Very beautiful!!

This post makes my heart ache. I took phentermine and lost 64 lbs in a matter of about 6 months. I didn't learn a thing. I gained it all back, plus some. It was devastating. I loved phentermine when I was taking it...I mean, why not? I had Wonder Woman energy, the weight was falling off, and I was never hungry. Phentermine…

I have two dogs: a very hyperactive Pomeranian and a chunky dachshund. We all go to the park together and walk a 1 mile trail, then I get the doggy stroller out for my chunky girl and push her while the Pom and I run a mile :) Best. Solution. Ever.

2 pieces of turkey sausage, and a toasted peanut butter & banana sammich :) Simple & Tasty.

Congrats!! You look incredible!!

First off, you are GORGEOUS! Secondly, you're doing an excellent job :) Congrats :)

Hi Amanda. Many people tend to stress eat. I've been guilty of it more than I care to admit. We'll put it like this: I gained 30 lbs in about 5 months when I lost my Papa, which also happened to be my senior year in college. Anyway, do you have access to a gym on campus? I find working out (especially lifting heavy or…

I lost 1 lb over a gold brick and weigh 2 lbs more than the average amount of refined sugar the average American eats in a year :open_mouth:

The first and obvious reason is because your body needs more than 1000 calories to sustain itself. Yes, you could technically survive on 1000 calories or less, but you’d be extremely malnourished, weak, and sickly. Eating less than 1000 calories also sets you up for a major binge-fest. Did you know that many food cravings…

I also don't own a food scale and have never weighed my food. I successfully lost 78 lbs and have kept it off for 7 months and counting. I'm so happy to hear I'm not the only one! I've not dared to speak of this in the community ;)

I make my own ranch dressing with a 0% fat plain Greek yogurt, Hidden Valley ranch packet, and skim milk :)
-
Hmm. Cheesy jalapeno bagels sound amazing!! You're making me hungry! LOL I believe I'd be making that fit into my day and cutting elsewhere to allow for something you clearly enjoy :)

I It Works products also do not work. To effectively lose weight and keep it off long-term you need to burn more than you consume. CICO. I did so many fad diets, including using waist trainers at the gym, working out in a sauna suit, cleanses/detoxes, diet pills, and even that stupid ish you sprinkle on your food...yeah...…
