                    2 slices of bacon and1 mini gouda babybel wrapped in a fajita size low carb, high fiber tortilla.  Only 241 calories and very satisfying.  What did you have for breakfast?

            I had four scrambled egg whites w/chopped white onion and steamed mushroom and a package of apple/tamarind brussel bites and a splash of sciracha. Yum!0

            3 slices Jenny-O turkey bacon (90cal), 2 eggs(scrambled ~140cal), Strawberries & Banana slices, OJ, and 1 slice of Wellsley Farms Soft Wheat... 515 cals, but I should be full until snacktime(lol) at work this afternoon! It was an awesome breakfast this morning
