That's great. Love it. Congrats on your loss!! To the OP: Have you looked into meditation or yoga to help with your anxiety? Could be useful...

Good for you! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

This is a very personal decision--it's completely up to you. I haven't said a word on FB.
-
Also, I have a bunch of friends that take pole classes and love it.

Try em all, see what you like. :flowerforyou: Personally love yoga and have not tried but want to: Zumba, spinning, and Pilates.

Get you one of the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix packets. Buttermilk is better than plain. Also: taco seasoning, garlic salt & rosemary, grated parmesan.

LOVE this. Am totally stealing it and using it as much as possible. :drinker:

Kale salad 1 bunch kale 1 avocado juice of 1 lemon 2T olive oil Rip the stems off the kale and tear into bite sized pieces. Add other 3 ingredients and mash it all together with your hands. Garlic salt to taste--I'd say a teaspoon is a good starting point.

Find what you like. Try different things. If you can afford it, take classes (yoga, dance, martial arts etc). If you like it, you will stick with it.. Winning! :drinker:

Saute in some oil or spray and then add to your scrambled eggs with a little parmesan. Top with a little salsa. NOM!
-
Other toppings: garlic salt + rosemary taco seasoning mix Personally I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE to sprinkle on some Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk seasoning mix

I wear a bandanna do-rag style.

-sing along with the radio and crank it up -keep a window open--cold air helps me -if you're REALLY struggling, pull over and take a 10 min nap. this has saved me on several occasions. pull off the highway & park in a busy lot, set your cell phone alarm and just take a short nap.

I agree with the poster who said try each option for a few days and see what works for you. Personally I cannot exercise before eating in the morning. I get ravenous, cranky and miserable about 2/3 through the workout and hate life til it's done. But that's me--you might thrive on the bike to work then eat plan. Try them…

Almonds, dried fruit or veggies. If you have refrigeration, greek yogurt.

Making my own meals. I used to get food on the go a LOT.

It's totally up to you. Lots of people break down their loss into smaller increments. If that sounds easier to manage, then do it. I just had one goal, but I didn't have a huge amount (aiming for 30lbs) to lose. If I'd had 100lbs to lose, I probably would've done increments of 20 or something. Whichever helps YOU, that's…

Get a tall skim or soy latte and add cinnamon and nutmeg at the little station. Yum!
