I'm in my 30s but my goal is the same now as it was then--140ish. I'm 5'5".

Two eggs scrambled with some kind of veg (red pepper, mushroom, onion, spinach...) and some grated parmesan. Sometimes taco seasoning, sometimes vadouvan (Indian) seasoning. Topped with salsa or once in a while, half an avocado. Delicious.

No reason to wear a sports bra if you're wearing a regular bra underneath. Get a GOOD sports bra. Sounds like Enell is good for the well-endowed. For the rest of us...well, I found a Champion bra at Target that works well for me. Keep shopping and trying things on til you find one that works.

Make your own. You have control over portions of ingredients AND you can make whatever toppings combos you want.

Yoga helps to get rid of stress and stretches you out. I love it. I'd go to class every day if I could afford it. Helps with flexibility, balance, focus, alignment. Once you are aware of how your posture/alignment should be you might find yourself correcting it outside of class--I know I did. It's a good thing.

You look great!

When I got to my heaviest, I started walking for an hour every day. Just around the neighborhood, up one street, down the next.

Congrats! Way to take charge of your life.

Well, a good instructor should offer modifications to each pose so that everyone can do them to the extent they are able. Don't be discouraged. Yoga gets easier the more you do it, not the skinnier you are. I mean, there are plenty of skinny people who are not terribly flexible or who fall down when they balance on one…

Were you in a beginning level class?
