How to log buti?
Took a class that was a combo of yoga, dance, and plyometrics. Suggestions on how to log it? I already looked for the name of it in the database--it's not there. I didn't find plyometrics in there, either, otherwise I just would've logged 15 minutes of each.

Denver/Colorado bikers
I've noticed there are hardly any women on the bike paths that are biking. Plenty of women jogging or walking, but biking? Not so much. Maybe 1 in 20 or 30 of the people coming at me from the other direction are women. What's that about?

Simple Stir Fry
3 C frozen veggies. I used 2 C broccoli/cauliflower blend and 1 C Birds Eye Ultimate Stir Fry which has a ton of different veggies. 1 T molasses 2 T Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Sauce I've been using molasses a lot lately for the sweetness as well as for extra iron.

Pumpkin smoothie
Just made this and it's pretty good. Feel free to play with it, though. :happy: 1 C milk of your choice (I used a coconut/almond blend) 1/2 C canned pumpkin 1 T vanilla protein powder 1 T molasses 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon I'm thinking maybe vanilla soy milk would make this better...hmmm... For the first time in YEARS, the weight on my driver's license is not accurate because it is too HIGH. :bigsmile:

NSV--hiking
Went up in the mountains this weekend. BF and I wanted to do the same hike we did 2 years ago, knew it was a tough one so knew we'd get a good workout. Well, we are both 20lbs lighter than we were last time, and we had a much less difficult time hiking up the mountain. Only had to stop 2-3 times compared to 2-3 DOZEN times…
