As a night shift RN, It is often hard for me to sleep. Melatonin is a natural supplement. Valerian Root as well. I sometimes take Benadryl too, although long term usage can cause high blood pressure. l also like a cup of chamomile tea. I suggest the natural first. Good luck!

I'm getting really frustrated. I am over 250lbs, and my MD told me to stick to a 1500 cal diet! This has got to be insane. I try to listen to my body, eat when I'm hungry etc....
