Make Me Fall ASLEEEEP
It's almost 2:30 and I still can't fall asleep.
I exhausted all my ADD on facebook and the forums and reading nyt articles and organizing my notes to study and blablablablabla.
I even counted sheep!
I have to wake up in 4 hours, BORE ME TO SLEEP, PLEASE!

As a night shift RN, It is often hard for me to sleep. Melatonin is a natural supplement. Valerian Root as well. I sometimes take Benadryl too, although long term usage can cause high blood pressure. l also like a cup of chamomile tea. I suggest the natural first. Good luck!0
