The sprint shouldn't be too bad. Go in confident and you'll finish. There's one here in Miami this weekend that I was going to join but decided to go and check it out first to know what I'm getting into. Looks like alot of fun.

OMG you take protein shakes! :noway: I'm all for protein shakes. Keep it up. I had one person before against shakes and always had something to say when I drank it. In return I would point out how bad smoking is for their health and protein shakes are not as bad. What you do is your choice. Do what makes you happy!

I've always believed you can do anything for 30 seconds. Try jogging as fast/ slow as you want for 30 seconds then walk for 30 seconds. Repeat as many times as you can. In a week or 2 you should notice your jogging longer and not as tired.

I'm eating 3 egg whites 3 times a day for snack and before the gym. I usually just add spicy seasoning and nuke them for just over a minute. It's a quick fix while at work.

12oz curls are my favorite! But 100 per arm... I'm going to need more beer!

I usually go to they gym atleast mon.- thurs. about 90 minutes each day. Cardio 30-40 minutes then weights. My next goal is to start jogging 30 minutes a day on weekends.

I prepare the oatmeal as a quick snack mainly breakfast and pre-gym snack. I add a bit of flavored coffee creamer to give it some taste.
