Do you have a weekly goal?

Good Morning,

My goal for this week is to start excercising..... I have a Wii and a BRAND NEW Biggest Loser game that I purchased a year ago and all the sport games I love so there is NO reason I can't get off of my rump and get started.

What's your goal for this week?

    I set realistic, small goals for every week. That way I can see "little" wins to keep me going forward. Could be as simple as "I will log all my food even the bad stuff" to help me refocus on something I messed up the week before. I usually have 2 - 5 goals and I try to have one that has nothing to do with food, exerise or me (example, I will help motivate someone each day to be the best they can be).
    I write them down and look at them each morning to remind myself. Works for me.

    I aim for jogging 10 miles a week or 4 or 5 gym hours in the week
