Being a "baker" then, please give us a different more natural recipe that we can make into a cake using fresh ingredients that 133 calories or less per piece :) I would love to make something from scratch that was better for me then the box cake, I am just not a good enough baker to come up with a feasible recipe…

I would take a guess and say that your friends have more body fat then you do muscle weighs more then fat does which is why you can be the same height/weight as someone else but they would be in larger clothing sizes. :flowerforyou:

This is in the 17 day diet book by Dr. Mike Moreno but he also adds that your personal frame size adds to the ideal weight as well depending on how big your bone frame is, I am large framed and 5'3" and my ideal is 132...I don't want to get down that small though, I look my best around 145-150lbs

nope, am about 10 lbs lighter then my husband, but he is 6' tall and 225, I am 5'3 and 214 :embarassed: my waist however is about 7" more around then his :grumble: BUT I am dieting and he isn't so with any luck I will out shrink him lol:laugh:
