Try this pancake: 1/4 c cottage cheese 1/4 c egg whites 1/4 c oats 1/4tsp baking powder Blend until it looks like pancake batter. Cook. I like to add peanut butter and banana slices on top of it. It is full of protein and tastes really good.

I always try to bring something that I will eat to the potluck. That way I know that there is something that I can have that won't be as bad. I never bring treats or bad food, usually fruit or veggies, and go easy on the other stuff. Don't feel like you need to have some of everything.

I have one made by Bowflex and it was around $50.00. I only wear it while I am exercising and it seems to work great. I also love that it shows my heart rate while I am exercising.

I try to drink about 15 cups a day. I agree with the weekends being harder.

You have to remember we all lose weight differently. Someone who has a lot to lose will lose it faster than someone who doesn't have too much to lose. And I also agree about the calories, say you have your calories set at 1500 a day and you are 800 under, that means you have only eaten 700 for the day. That isn't healthy.…

My suggestion would be to change up your diet a little. My dietican told me to change up what I eat. I used to just eat oatmeal everyday for breakfast. I also work out first thing in the morning. I am up at 5:15 and at the gym by 5:30. I don't eat because I am afraid that I will throw up if I do. I usually eat within a half hour of working out and that seems to work for me. I know some people will drink a before workout drink that is suppose to help with their energy.

I am diabetic and have found ones called Think Thin. They don't have as many carbs and they have 20g protein. I really like the peanut butter ones.
