  • I've never had Mirena, but I had Paragard put in 2 mo ago and it's like nothing is even there. I've seen no difference in my ability to lose weight than before. I am loving the Paragard. Good luck in whatever you choose.

  • I use many things but my go-to when it's colder is a cup of Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha or Caramel K cup. It's hot and takes a long time to drink, is a full cup of water so it fills me up and is sweet and 60 calories.

  • Try hanging out in a room different from the food. Also, make yourself a nice big ol' chocolate protein shake and sip on it. Keep something like that in your hands. This is the first time I've bought a swimsuit in over 6 years because I have been terrified. It's not a bikini, but a tankini. I'm working towards a bikini someday.
