Great idea, how about starting one for April since I just found this (31st) Last year of the 50's so still eligble! :flowerforyou: goal to lose 20 pounds for Memorial Day weekend wedding and june wedding with ex inlaws.

have you ever seen body flex by greer childers? she has a video tape and you can buy the book called be a loser. it is the easiest, quickest exercise and you can do it at home. i have taught a bunch of friends how to do it and EVERYONE who has tried it, has great results. no leaving home for the gym, no expensive workoput…

Just joined tonight and have two friends at work joining as well.. We all have a big event in 10 weeks, end of the school: yea. Walking, water and weights. Keeping track of each other and this will keep us honest.
