I carried on being hungry so I ate a shredded wheat, it is only 11am and I am still hungry and I have eaten nearly half my daily calories already. i will be ok I know that and things will work out somehow but right now I feel a bit deflated and defeated.

pizza - warburton halves, ham, mushroom, tom puree, tesco half fat cheese, herbs, spinach chips - done in the actifry (ok I just realised I didn't count the oil but iused 1 tsp on both mine and daughters portion) there was also another half on the other side of the plate but the resizing on photobucket didn't seem to work
