What's up?

Cut your carbs back, and eat more fats. Nuts, salmon, tuna, chicken breasts, and lean pork. You are not getting enough calories. Stay away from caffeine as well.

Time to get to the doctor.

Great story.

First of all I think you look great, but my super power is not giving a crap what others think. I believe you should train to make yourself happy with the way you look. What are your goals? Who inspires you, and what would you like your body to look like?

I need motivation as well. Maybe we can help each other. Add me if you'd like.

If you don't have much time I recommend interval training. It only takes 10-15 minutes a day. You don't need a gym or equipment, and it works great. Cut out sugar, grains, caffeine, eat tons of green vegetables, and fruit. I'd also stay away from beef, but that's just my opinion. Good luck

Great story. I've always said, "eat a ton of good food, and burn it off every day. " Best way to stay in great shape. :)

Thank you for the advice. Climbing towers is more of an anaerobic exercise done in circuits. I climb with 50lbs of gear for 60-80ft at a time with diminishing returns. It is good exercise, but it isn't aerobic in nature so I bulk up quick and over train easily. I've always been in great shape except when I've gone…

Hi, I'm Michael. I live in Winston-Salem, NC. I work for American Tower based out of Boston, Mass. I climb cell towers for a living. I've been on MFP for a little over a year. I've been a gym rat for most of my life. I got a personal trainer certification years ago so I know a ton of techniques, what to eat, but i don't…

No going out. I'm pretty exhausted.

I did it for a few weeks. As long as you are using things like kale, beets, and dark greens to get your liver in better working order I believe it is beneficial. One other thing that juicing is... Expensive. Takes a lot of vegetables to make just one juice. It did make me feel better when I did it, but it might of just…

I'm trying to get back into training myself. Haven't had any motivation in months now.
