Ketogenic Diet? Anyone tried this?
I have had great success in the past with low carb diets, but I've never tried anything like this other than a cheat day once a month on a low carb diet. What do you guys think? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/cyclical_ketogenic_diet.htm

How do I avoid overtraining?
Every time I've ever trained down in weight I end up over training at some point causing injury, lack of motivation, and progress slows down. How do you you keep making the most progress possible without running into the issue of over training?

If she says she'd only have sex with you if you lost 20lbs?
I recently had this happen to me, and I consider myself in great shape. I'm going to lose the weight because it is part of my goals, but I'm never going to sleep with this person because even though she is really hot, and we get along great otherwise; if she doesn't like me for me right now later on it could be really bad.…

After working in the printing industry for over a decade I decided to go to college, and get a Master's degree. I read some…

Perseverance, what does it mean to you?
So many times I make a goal, and fail then try again and again only to fail over and over again. But for some reason I keep trying. I keep learning from my mistakes, and little by little I become more than what I was before. I've trained all my life, and there have been times where I've quit training, and become over…

Hi, I'm Michael. Need help getting motivated.
I started using fitnesspal about a year ago, and had great results. I went through some personal issues, and changes in work life over the last 3-4 months. Since then I quit working out, keeping up with my diet, and have put on around 20lbs. I used to lift heavy weights, and I put on muscle really quick. I climb cell…
