It does happen to most people. The thing to remember is that your body is very good at adapting to diet, and exercise. If you stall in your progress it is time for a change. Might need more calories, less calories, more intensity in exercise, or a different type of exercise, and most importantly you must have the right…

Really Awesome.

Yeah... Because I said sugar is bad. I was making a joke. It's a hellova drug. Ever seen a group of 5 year olds at a birthday party on it? Extreme? Please? :)

Goal setting is important. But the process, and perspective you have towards goals are far more important. When you set a goal, and you don't reach it, always evaluate what you've done, find out what you are doing wrong, make the adjustments needed, adjust your goal if needed, and continue. Never ever stop moving forward.…

Why so serious about protein? I've never heard of anyone dying from it. Now sugar? That's a hellava drug.

Best thing in the world is eating tons of calories, and burning them off every day. It's not always possible, but it is what's given me the best results in the past. Makes you muscular, and lean.

Not eating enough calories period. Eat a ton of food, and burn it off.

I like to eat sugar with a huge spoon. So Crunchy!

Get up and get moving. There is no one in this world that is responsible for your health except Y O U! You don't want to do it because it is hard, but nothing in life worth having is easy. Success builds upon success. Study those who have been there, do as they do, take action, get moving, talk the talk and walk the walk,…

Fruits are great. Quick sugars found in drinks, and candy have no natural fiber content. They have a massive effect on the pancreas, and liver. Most fruits have natural fiber that helps balance out those reactions. Fruits are great sources of micro nutrients. Just don't over do it. I love Apples. Full of fiber. I even eat…

Ugh! I'm a hunter gatherer. Add me if you like. :)

All you need to know is that simple sugars are poison, and... You really shouldn't eat poison. Fin

I'm thinking about getting one to find out how many calories I burn on my job. I climb cell towers for a living. I know it's a lot of energy. I use circuit training to post as exercise after a climb.

Bread is a hella'va drug.

I weigh in every Sunday, but more importantly I document with pictures weekly. That is how you can see the physical changes your body goes through. It's all about composition anyway. I looked much better at 200lbs/14% body fat than at the same weight at 22% body fat. How you look, and feel has very little to do with what…

I tried the military diet for 4 years. Lost and gained tons of weight on it, and then I just did not re-enlist. Lol I wouldn't recommend anything like that. Uniform eating is much better with a cheat day here, or there. Out with the bad, and in with the good. It's as simple as that. Good luck.

Bodyrock.TV has some really great routines that only take 15 minutes. I do 3 or 4 short workouts throughout the day. Burning a calorie is burning a calorie no matter how you do it.

I work 15 hours a day, drive a lot, and I'm finding ways to get my exercise in during the day. Add me if you'd like. We can keep each other motivated.

I see a big change. Keep up the good work!

I like pretty girls. (:

Send me a request if you want. I need the same thing. I've lost, gained, and need to lose again.
-
Don't worry about bulking up. Train heavy with weights, and do a lot of push ups. Good luck

It's all about the pump!!! Time really does not matter. :)

My advice is to avoid it. It is a poison that affects the glands used to lose body fat. The liver, kidneys, pancreas, adrenal glands, hypothalamus, and the list goes on. If you must have alcohol, I'd recommend 1 glass of wine with a meal. Otherwise avoid it like the plague. The same can be said for quick sugars. This…

Tough on your liver, kidneys, and other organs; but it will make you lose fat. Better to cut out bread, and simple carbs. Focus on lean meats, green vegetables, and fruits. If it's natural its pretty good for you. Eat a lot food each day, and burn it off. It's really that simple. Get addicted to broccoli. :)

Dead lift, Bench Press, and Squats. Eat lots of green stuff, lean meat, and stay away from simple carbs. After 3 months of that change things up. Always great to hit the basics when you get back into things.

Yeah!

Eat a lot of food, and burn it off. That's the way to go.
